Poorna Bhujangasana

Poorna Bhujangasana (Full Cobra Pose) is an advanced yoga backbend in which the body is lifted strongly from the floor while lying on the stomach, creating a deep arch in the spine.

Acro Balance Pose

The base usually stays grounded on the floor, while the flyer performs a balanced pose on top. It improves core strength, trust between partners, body control, and flexibility.

Poorna Bhujangasana

In this pose, the hands press into the ground, the chest opens fully, and the head moves backward as the knees bend and the feet come toward or even touch the head. It is a deeper variation of Bhujangasana.

Advanced Yoga Poses

The collage shows multiple advanced yoga poses that focus mainly on deep backbends, hip opening, and flexibility. In some images, the practitioner performs strong backbends such as Chakrasana.

Acro Balance Pose

Acro Balance Pose is a partner yoga posture that combines yoga, acrobatics, and balance. In this pose, one person supports another person using strength, stability, and coordination.

Sukhasana

This pose creates a stable and balanced foundation for meditation and breathing practices. Padmasana helps improve concentration, calm the mind, enhance posture, and increase flexibility in the hips and knees.

15+ years of experience in teaching Yoga.

I am Certified Yoga Instructor with 15 years of teaching experience and a National-level Yoga winner. I conduct regular online yoga classes from Monday to Friday.

Each session includes warm-up exercises, yoga asanas, cardio workouts, Surya Namaskar, pranayama, and meditation, offering complete full-body workouts for overall fitness and well-being.

Many students join my classes for concerns such as PCOD, PCOS, weight loss, back pain, thyroid issues, and general health. By being regular in the sessions, students have achieved excellent results.
